Leg pain
Hi, I have a pain in both my legs it is located on the shins about 1/3 to 1/2 teh way up If I had to pick a point it would be right where that muscle (muscle on front of ankle not the calf) starts to buldge when you flex it. It happens almost immediatly when I start running any distance
A while back I use to be able to run almost a 1/4 mile before this discomfort and I took a while off (< 1 year) came back and the pain came back quicker so I went to Disney World (litteraly) where I walked a lot and when I came back I could go a little bit longer without. Now when I run I get the pain ratherly quickly
Is this a shin splint or my body just trying to get accustom to running
Right now around the college campus I probably walk 1.5 to 2 miles per day
The pain feels like something is being pulled out
When I try running on my toes I think I am doing better I have been able to make trial runs around a 1/11th mile track with the only problem is me being out of breath but other times I only get halfway and the pain come in quick
Only other things I can think of is I have falling arches
