Strength I: Workout B-4 4/2/07

Superset (Up to 180 sec rest)
Barbell Bench: (Warm-up: 135x6, 155x4) 185x6, 225x1, 200x4 +5 lbs, 235xF , 175x8
Barbell Bent-Over Row: (WU: 95x6, 115x4) 150x4 +5 lbs, 175x1 +5 lbs, 145x5 -1 rep, 165x1 -10 lbs, 115x10 -10 lbs

Superset (90 sec)
Close-Grip Lat Pulldown/ Neutral Grip Chinups: BWx[6, 5]
DB Shoulder Press: 110x[7, 7]

Lower Body Russian Twist: BWx[0, 0]

Notes:
  • Not a great workout.
  • I ate poorly for 3 days prior to this and I think I suffered for it.
  • I've also running out of time to actually get to the gym lately, so that doesn't help.
  • I'll do better next time.
