I've done BBB, ABBH, now on TTT (having a week off as i got sick after an exam the other day).
Last year spent "cutting" and found out my body hates being hypocaloric so this year going more g-flux style (5hr activitiy a week).
Bodyweight has gone from 89kg (195.8lb) to 97kg (213.4lb) with the same bodyfat. Waist measurements have been plateuing which is awesome.
I'm having some serious fun that i haven't had in a while.
Thanks Chad. I'm going to be the first inline for your next book, whenever it may come out.
P.S I'm eating a farely high carb diet and with all the activity my body is loving it.
