I felt fine on Monday. I forgot to glide myself before my long run, so I know exactly where the tag from my shorts was, but other than that I've felt fine.
Today (4/3) was an easy six miler. Avg pace 9:56 min/mile, pacing pretty even through the run. I stayed in the moderately hilly portion of the neighborhood instead of climbing out of the valley.
