Rob i do take 1 week off every 6 weeks.

I think my first move is to remove my cardio and keep my 3 workouts and see how recovery goes like that.

My body only can sleep 6-7 hours a night as it wakes up automatically between 6 am and 7 am i am in bed by 10:30-11pm.
