Default Chin-up's/Dips ABBH

When figuring out my 60% of 1 RM for chin-ups and disp should I include my bodyweight and added weight I used with a belt, or just the belt weight (and no bodyweight)? I assume to include both, but I'm wondering what to do in a situation when my 60% of 1RM is below my bodyweight.
