What i mean't was that i was going to add weight until i read the article and realised it was a explosive day. Haven't done explosive sessions so looking forward to it.
Also picked up to replace the dips on day 3 with tricep pushdowns. I was thinking maybe decline pushups but pushdowns work much better. Can't quite get 24 dips.

Going to read the old T-nation articles before commensing each new workout.
P.S Chad i'm loving all the workouts and am gaining some good mass (along with some fat but i don't like life without starchy carbs) and having a ball each session. Keep the articles and workouts coming.
