"work more on sculling" Ruslan - How exactly do you work on sculling? I'm trying to lower my SPL and I am stuck. I'm consistantly doing 21 SPL..not very efficient. I keep playing with changing up my stroke but nothing really makes much difference.
So what does a sculling drill consist of?
