Default Backside of Knee

Last night, after a NROL FL2 A workout, I noticed I had a little soreness in the area on the back side of the knee. When I am sitting and have my leg at 90 degress and then pull my lower leg in towards my body, thats when I feel a small pinch and soreness. The only thing I can think of that I was doing that could have affected this area the most was supine hip extensions with leg curls. I did these really slow last night and could really feel it in my legs, but nothing that seemed damaging at the time. Does anyone know what muscle this could be or what the cause could be?
