In lieu of Eric and I's "Building the Efficient Athlete" DVD Series, Kevin decided he wanted me to do a FitCast Insder episode where we discuss exercise technique, how to break plateaus, and other training related material.
Now I know before this caused a big stink, but this isn't Kevin's idea - it's mine. The reason I ask what you all want to learn is two-fold:
1) Because I really don't believe anyone wants to hear me drone on about the powerlifts the entire time
2) This way I can help real people with real problems.
Anyway, here's what I need:
- Where do you currently miss the big lifts at?
- What other common lifts do you have questions about with regards to technique?
Again, hopefully this doesn't cause any issues - I just want this to be a great episode that will help people out!
