Default Which DB Tricep Extension form for TBT?

I've gotten to the "DB Tricep Extension" in TBT and am wondering which form is intended or best:

1. laying on the bench with a db in each hand like a db skull crusher, or

2. sitting with arms straight up holding one db and lowering it behind the head.

Probably doesn't matter but thought i'd ask just in case . . .
