Yeah, the thing is, when he read what Get Buffed! would deliver he kind of "fell in love" with the product. Here's what the Get Buffed! website says:

That's the goals that both of us want. Moreover, I'm more into designing my own training programs rather than following a pre-made one. No matter how proffesionally designed the program is. That's why I really like CT's "The Black Book of Training Secrets". But CT's book is a bit complicated to design training programs with.
