Yep. Best read for 2006 and amongst my top 5 training books of all time. I would think that his programs inside would have lasted me several years. I am on one right now.

We just don't see enough photos of him. That one on his new website makes me wonder why he even needs other models to demonstrate the exercise descriptions in the book when he himself would have been the best choice.
