i had to adjust the numbers a lot... but ended up with like
MP - 55
Reverse L - 35 in each hand(alhgouth i only did 24 total reps-counting each leg, for each set.. o well
dip BW
DB upRow - 15
bb curl - 40 lb
DB side raise - 12
wow did i get a MASSIVE pump after this, i couldn't strech immediately after since my ROM was like 2 inches haha, so i had to like do some dynamic stretching sort of... to get any sort of flexibility back in the muscles so i could eventually do static about 10 mins later.
