Incidently I did do a sport strength certification once that focused almost 50% on using an
'extreme balance board' , (which I couldn't stand on for more than 2 seconds but somehow got certified to instruct with in eight hours) to be fair the other 50% of thier approach was on compound movements. So I like to think that the good and bad cancelled eachother out and I ended up learning exactly nothing.
