I highly recommend this as well and I am a
Sole-proprietor. Once you don't have to worry about pissing off the IRS, things run more smoothly. There are also alot more write offs that you can legally do with someone pointing out places you can save from gas to office supplies. And yes I spent a pretty penny on getting a professional, however in the long run it will really save me alot of money.
