That leads me to another question, one I've been debating and would love input from everyone here:
LLC or Sole-proprietorship?
Obviously the regulations vary a bit by state, but I'm interested in views in general.
The SP is easy enough, but I hear that you get the shaft from taxes. How much legal wrangling and fees are involved in an LLC?
