It sounds like you need some mobility and corrective work. You're already doing some DB work to give both sides equal loads but consider adding an extra set to start bringing up the lagging side.
Hartman is a guru of corrective work. Cressey and Robertson also have a ton of good stuff on the topic. Look into some of their articles, programs and even DVD's.
If you keep up with the imbalances chances are it will lead to getting hurt.
