Default Anyone else find 2x24 a killer?

I got to the second workout in TTT, 2x24, and was stunned: it's a killer. I limped out of the gym. And that was after using 30 lb bb for curls and 10lb db for side raises!

Is something wrong with me, or have others found this one to be a killer too?
