Newman, don't sweat it! That's what we're here for ... sometimes the answer when things are that acute is, "I have no idea ... ice it and rest it and let's see what it's doing in a few days."

I must have skipped the axial loading part ... it still could be ECL I suppose, but I lean more toward joint/bone problems with pain during axial loading.
Is there any popping or clicking with movement? If so, what movements?

Also has it changed over the last week or so?
