Typing this messgae again.... I aplogize if I can't clearly describe things. If I use the wrong term it is because I haven't studied this stuff in a couple of years. If you don't use it, you lose it to an extent. You are right to be leery. I should not whine about my silly wrist pain. I'll make sure I wait 72 hours before asking questions.
Pain continues but has lessened in severity down to 6 from 8.
I have not taken any medications.
There is no warmth, redness, swelling, crepitation.
Axial load was provided through compression at the palm using bodyweight or the other palm. This may be incorrect wording...don't know...
