A tweaked version of TBT (6 compound moves per session instead of 4 with some core work). I will be going from TBT to TTT, then WM. I have completed BBB this year.
In the past I have done TBT, WM, TTT. TBT seems to be one of my favorites to date. I enjoy the changing rep pattern from workout to workout and never doing the same thing twice in a week.
