What CW program are you currently doing
So what CW program is everyone on? I'm doing Lift Fast Get Big and am enjoying week 1. I've been doing CW programs for the last year, and am going to try the Total Strength program in the book a few months down the road. Waterbury makes the best programs IMO because of the variety of exercises and rep ranges, so I don't bore easily and look forward to the next workout.
3-4 weeks on one program, rest week, repeat with next program.
