Oh yes, I'm definitely doing the exercises, and have jsut started working on the thoracic extension stuff. I'm willing to give it plenty of time.
And the pushups I did yesterday for this videop were the first pressing movements I had done in a full month. I am planning on incorporating some of them into the weekly routine now, though. I also plan to keep the volume low. I'm competely pulling this out of my ass, but for whatever reason 3:1 ("rehab" vs. pressing) sounded good to me. Correct me if I'm just insane.
