Are you doing these still? In my experience it will take more than a few weeks to make an instability go away entirely ... you can add prone TYIs to work your lower traps ...
Bill and Mike also comment on your increased thoracic kyphosis in the other video ... so be sure to do the stuff from I/O that will increase thoracic extension like the foam rolling, lat stretching, etc. Also make a conscious effort to stand/sit with increased thoracic extension. Imagine trying to make yourself taller by lifting your sternum up toward the sky.
Are you doing pushing exercises again? What effect are they having on the impingement?
