Bench 175
Dead 300
Squat 210
Goals by 6.1.07
Bench 200
Dead 400
Squat 265
Weight 180-185ish, with a 34 waist or less
I know these are high goals, but I'd rather set the bar high and work my ass off than set the bar low and sell myself short.
