You need to fix your pelvic problem. You have an extreme anterior tilt. It appears to be a tad more rotated forward on the right.

This increases your lumbar curve and produces rotation that alters posture up the kinetic chain to the T-spine and then the shoulder.

You could spend months trying to correct shoulder issues but nothing happens if you don't address the pelvis.
