This is just... ODD
So one would think, after 2855 calories yesterday and nearly 300 g of carbs, that I would have energy to spare today... ummm, no.

A2 DB press 40x6, 45x6x2
band was awkward. PR on the DB press but very shaky at the end of the last set. Getting them up is always the hardest part for me.
B1 DB row 45x10,40x10x2
B2 low incline DB press 40x10,35x10x2
DB rows... only got 7 on the left side so back to 40#db. The low incline DB press was just a bit too heavy with 40# DBs, so back down to 35#, dammitall.
C1 decline push ups 12x3
C2 incline bicep curls 15x12x3
STILL can't increase the damned weight on the bicep curls. GRRRRR!
By this time, I thought I was going to upchuck my turkey bacon. I ate an hour and a half prior to lifting, but very nauseated throughout. Hit a few PRs for this series anyway... not PRs overall, as I have pressed and rowed bigger DBs in the past. The chins are still a bitch for me, and I *guess* that I did go up a smidge with these, simply because of the 3.4 lbs additional I'm carrying with the carbs and such from yesterday's calories. Interestingly enough, I was supposed to eat 3-3.5 times what I've been eating, and it just couldn't be done. I was full. I would be willing to bet that my numbers are a bit off, so maybe I had a couple hundred calories more than I think, but damn. How do people actually EAT 4000 calories?
Lunch and nap, in that order, to come. I feel like I was hit by a truck today. Maybe I will feel great tomorrow....?
