Up until I was 20 years old I weighed about 160lbs @ 6'-4". Back and forth with working out and eventually found myself up to 240lbs max about 4-years ago. Got down by working out and eating better to 190lbs or so. Did a bulk last 6-mos of 2005 to 225lbs with about 15% bodyfat. Currently, I'm about 210lbs with 10% bodyfat. Still heading down, however. The way I figure it I've added about 20-25lbs of muscle in the past year and a half due in large part to Turbulance Training, Dr. John Berardi and JPFitness.
This pales in comparison to some of the stories you all have shared. Very inspirational to say the least.
