Just over 3 years ago I was ~240 and got down to 182 last summer, and right now I am 192 and have about the same bf% as when I was 182. My mom made a comment about how my step-uncleinlaw did weights. I use to do weights and said if he can do it I can too. So I started with my 2 20lb dbs and it has progressed from there. The big weight lost started when I started running 2x week 7 days a week, I dropped 25lbs in 2 months. I started hitting MH and then moved over here. I have also gone to see Craig Ballantyne last summer and have done 2 of hit programs.
