I was the fat kid growing up weighing in at about 279 going into my freshman year of HS. Then HS football and track cut me down to the 230's by my senior year. It was great because I could still eat whatever I wanted and still lose weight. Then the first two years of college put the weight back on (same eating habits with much less activity). Finally training for spring breaks my junior and senior years of college got me down to a pretty lean 213. Now I'm hovering in the 220's a little bigger but not quite as lean.
