Well, three years ago, I was 232. Got down to 165 a couple years back. I'm up to 187, now. It's a long haul with literal ups and downs.
Motivation to lose that initial weight was never a problem. I'll be honest and say I've had a lot of frustration with losing "the last few." I never have. Yet.
I'm still trucking along, taking it slowly but surely. I'm motivated by different things, now. Getting stronger, getting bigger, better health, and getting leaner (slowly, unfortunately).
