Chad TSP for the deadlift, are you prescrbing partial good mornings or full ROM? In phase 1?
The reason for the confusion is because you have a pic of the partial good morning on the following page.
Also, i haven't got the equipment to do the first group of excercises - "A" - so i will be doing the partial dead in straights and supersetting the other 2. Note: Day 1
How would you adjust the RI's?
