Answered my questions. It was what I assumed, it just wasn't made clear in that article. A reason I wanted to throw it out there is I see a lot of people shelling out that article to overly fat or beginner women and I don't think they realize that it just wouldn't work in those cases. I had no problem with the article though in that whole "women are weak sense". Because it is true, this is what most women want and it was stated as such it wasn't for a female bodybuilder trying to bulk up. I haven't worked with anyone yet online or off that hasn't wanted this style of body.

I would say Chads TBT (Total Body Training) is a superior program for begginners and intermediate lifters. Especially for women that want an aggressive full body program 3 times a week. Add in some HIIT for cardio and there is definitly a formula for body change.
