Default Comment/Discussion on Waterbury's Sexy Female Training

So I have read SFT and I half agree with it or well more so I just have some comments/questions about the program.

As far as body sculpting and movement patterns that help with elongating muscles, creating flexibility and proper core movement to enhance posture I agree. In fact I agree with everything in the program that is except for the fact that it doesn't state that this may not be a program for those significantly overweight or those needing more aggressive means to work against pre-proposed genetics. In general this program seems it would work best or only work for those who are pretty close to having those "sexy female bodies" already. You know the girls, they come into the gym and hire you on and have at most 5-7 pounds of fat to lose and where the phase "i need to tone up" truly came from. This is where I see that program shine. But for a 5'3 180 35 year old woman who is very pear shaped, I feel a serious plateau would be hit on this style of program.

So my big question is, would it be right to think that you would hit an aggressive compound plan mixed with diet to get to a certain point of body fat loss and then kick in with what I see as a sculpting plan towards the end?

Also someone who is really genetically off set for say that perky bum, wouldn't it be wise to hit hard with some bulking involving heavy squats and deadlifts and then during cut switch to a plan like this after you have set some "ground work" so to speak?

I am not challenging the program as much as questioning when to put the program into use and I feel using this program only would not be aggressive enough or advancing enough for those not already close to the end of their goals. I just am seeing a lot of women start up on the SFT when I feel they aren't at the stage yet to benefit from it yet.

I look forward to a response from Chad or any others on this topic.
