Michael;

Perhaps you can choose several people, each from a different age group. Say 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, etc.. This way we can see the results of the training/nutrition program and determine what works/doesn't work for each age group.

I would be interested to see what, if any, changes would be made for each age group. I myself fall into the 40-49 age group, and would be interested to follow the results of the person chosen.
