Strong start. Good work.

Are you lifting any weights? Think of how much muscle it takes to walk around. Lift some weights, do some resistance exercise and you'll keep most of that muscle. That's less fat that you have to lose to get to your target weight.

Lifting keeps your metabolism going, too.
