Sounds cool Chad, maximal strength is my number 1 goal this year.

What would you consider an advanced lifter? I've been lifting on and off since i was 12 and have been back in the game now for close to 2 years solid, i'm 28. You probably outline it in the book.

I hope to get it this week, biotest while expensive to canada - shipping - usually arrives fast.
