Wore different shoes on the same treadmill. That seems to have fixed my shin issues.
5min Warmup ~3.5MPH
2 rounds, 1min running 6.6MPH, 2min walking 3.8MPH
1 round, 1min running at 6.8MPH, 2min walking 3.MPH
5min cooldown
I'm going to keep ramping up the intensity on these, give or take FL1-B...
