After reviewing some of your sample training plans, I have a couple of questions about the sequence of sets in the non-circuit plans:
1) Are sets for a single exercise done consecutively or alternately with other exercises? For example, a program requiring 3 sets of 4 exercises (A,B,C,D) would be done (exercise-set):
A-1,A-2,A-3,B-1,B-2......D-2,D-3
or
A-1,B-1,C-1........C-3,D-3
2) Is there a guideline for alternating push, pull exercises?
