PSMF - calories way to low for any sane person. You wont have good workouts or energy with this approach. You will loose weight im sure.
Get Shredded - I more or less used this approach for a while. The lack of carbs killed me personally. My energy levels were not great throughout. Pretty easy to follow though.
Velocity - May be the least healthy of them all. I know that it works, pictures and results of many cant lie. But, no solid foods, few nutrients, a ton of artificial sweetner, and its expenesive.
Id be most inclined to do the get shredded diet providing you are already lean.. Its just to restrictive for most people to start out with. Most of us are going to start seeing results if we lower the calories just a bit, or do more work (or both). Plus a diet like this one could actually help you change you ways, as each meal is pretty set on what you should eat.
I dont think id recomend any of them to anyone though. Basic lowering of calories (not neccesarly carbs) and doing more work, maybe cardio, will be fine for almost anyone on here.
