6-9am: The body burns calories the fastest: a large, high protein meal eaten now not only metabolizes quickly but also provides energy for the day.


Which is yet another reason why rowing workouts in many hs and msot univerisites are in the morning. It is the best time to work out and a great way to start the day.

I liked the rest of the post as well but that part stuck out.
