No doubt! If you follow the rest time and weight percentages you are in for a ride. I even went out and bought a stop watch to make sure we were in the 60 second rest cycle. (Probably looked like a dork to the rest of the arm curling lemmings but to hell with them.) My brother and I could barely move I am sore in all the right places and the funny thing is I consider myself an advanced lifter (8 years of lifting steady). That 60 seconds of rest sure flys by quick.
