Hey Eric, you're right about not being satisfied after an Ironman. I mean, you definitely are, but when the memory of the pain has vanished the memory of running down the finisher's chute with a couple of thousand people cheering you on remains, and the desire go back for more intensifies with time.
I have had to quell these desires to return to Ironman the last 12 months due to heavy study and work committments, but this year is clear to go do Ironman WA on December 2nd . Do you have plans for a specific Ironman?
BTW I read most of your log leading up to the HIM in August - awesome time man. Hope you get to do an Ironman sometime.
