Meal3: Steak, salad w/ redleaf lettuce and baby spinach, dressing, 3 fish oils
Meal4: Steak, goat cheese, green beans, 3 fish oils
Meal5: Shake (Casein), 3 eggs w/ spinach and goat cheese, 3 fish oils
