Ive gone from:
210-175
Loss of 35lbs..
Then up to 225lbs (Bulking with weights this time).
Now down to around 190lbs (loss of 35lbs).
I will end up loosing 40-45lbs by the time im done. Ive lost 35lbs twice. Not very hard for me, just drop the cals/carbs and wait.. Metabolism takes care of the rest.
