I was 233 and am now 162. This has been over two years. I was always very overweight so I'm pretty happy about this transition.
I continue to have fat loss as my main goal and am working on it daily. I've developed a good amount of muscle mass over the years (very cool, by the way since it really makes me look different than a 162 lb woman with no muscle).
I"m now focusing more on my diet. At my age, 40, this seems to be where my efforts should be.
