My top measured weight was 227, but I know I weighed a good deal more than that at one point -- but I didn't want to get on a scale and find out what it was. I'd guess 240 or so.
When I actually seriously began to work out, I weighed 225 so that's what I count as my "starting point." I got down to 179-180 but typically stayed around 183-185; with the Christmas treats I'm up to 192. I intend to bring that down soon.
