I am just finishing up a second go around of TBT but I was doing 6 compound moves 3 days a week and loved it I was making such good gains that I had to do it again just changed up rep scheme and weight levels and varied my movement patterns. Still making great gains.
My brother started lifting with me for his very first time and he has been doing TBT with me. His bench, squat, and deadlift are making awesome gains its crazy to watch his development. His 1RM for bench was 155lbs now he is at 225lbs, he couldn't really even do a good clean squat when he started now he is doing a full squat with 225lbs. His deadlift started at 185lbs now its up to 245lbs. He never lifted a day in his life before this and he has only been at it for about 4 months with me. Its crazy to watch him grow.
He just bought the book and has been reading it now I have a monster on my hands. He wants to know why we didn't do this why we aren't doing that why we dont do this section on and on. Its good though its kept everything fresh for me and I know I have put him on the right path for his body development.
