I have a glute medius issue too, Galya... it comes and goes, unfortunately if it comes it stays a while. I think the car accident triggered it this time.

What do you do besides tennis ball rolling? This is something I am really struggling with; it limits my running big time when it's actively inflamed (mine is a problem at the posterior rim of my iliac crest, near the TFL and the glute medius insertion area) and makes most of life generally uncomfortable

Thanks, Galya!
